If you recieve an incorrect order, you will be offered a refund or exchange and delivery charges will also be refunded. Any other returns will be offered a full refund or exchange. Delivery will be paid by you.
Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery if value is under £43.00 or Royal Mail Special Delivery if value is above £43.00. We are not liable for returned items lost in the post.
We ask that returned items are packed securely. We do not accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit. On receipt of your returned item, it will be inspected with regards to our Returns Policy and dealt with accordingly.
Payment will be refunded in the manner of the original order.
Cost of returning item is to be paid by buyer.
